Car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated. I called Wednesday to ask the status and was to be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated. I called Wednesday to ask the status and was told there was confusion as to what they were doing. I got my car back 4 days after it was dropped off after I called 6 times. More

They now charge a 3% transaction fee when you use a credit card. The service consultant was fine, my oil changed, took about an hour, which seems normal. The cashier seems a bit inept though. she h credit card. The service consultant was fine, my oil changed, took about an hour, which seems normal. The cashier seems a bit inept though. she had system problems. And when sitting in the waiting area, I had to listen to several customers problems. It was very ghetto. The price of the oil change is significantly different than it used to be and nobody offered or asked if I had a coupon, etc. I know my explanation isn't very well written and I don't care it's about as well written as the way that this dealership operates More

Fast & efficient check in with Kelly Buchner! And very satisfied that Taylor Wenmoth checked into my concerns with park brake and wrench icon lit and noise heard while the car is moving/driving.
