Process took way toooo long and I was not even given an explanation of the vehicles features. For example I was not shown how to give voice commands to make phone calls, send text messsges, navigation feat explanation of the vehicles features. I will have to bring the vehicle to a dealer in New Orleans to get an explanation of the vehicles features that I should have been provided in Birmingham. I like the vehicle but deplore the buying experience!!! More
