I am sure I can't express all my thoughts in this survey. First Bev Smith will always be my go to dealership. I have purchased before. This purchase was by far the most stress free. Mike Mitchell, salesman, First Bev Smith will always be my go to dealership. I have purchased before. This purchase was by far the most stress free. Mike Mitchell, salesman, was consistent and patient in his communication for me. When I got to dealership everybody was wonderful. Mike deserves a commendation. Also I cannot find review for Lise the insurance rep. Everything with the process exceeded my expectations. Even when I noticed no owner manual available, Mike assured me he would get on to me. The entire process was seamless and everyone who assisted in this process was knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. The only downside was that when I took test drive I didn't do a walk around of car. When I got home showing my car off and praising g Bev Smith I did notice three small chips on front hood. I can't afford to address them myself at this time, but I take responsibility for not being diligent enough to notice. I will ALWAYS recommend Bev Smith to all that will listen. If they don't that's on them. They will be the ones missing out on a great experience. More

In a honesty, I'm a little disappointed. I'm happy that a have a nice 2018 Toyota Camry but at the same time the monthly payments are high for a vehicle that is almost 10 years old. At first I'm happy that a have a nice 2018 Toyota Camry but at the same time the monthly payments are high for a vehicle that is almost 10 years old. At first the Manager wanted $388 or $390/ month in payments. I did a $500 down payment to bring the monthly payments down and he only brought it down to $360/month. They said they would give me $3100 for trading in a 2011 Nissan Sentra that had over 220000 miles on it and I thought that was very generous considering the age and mileage on my old car. However even with the trade in of $3100, my monthly payment would be $360/month. I went with the deal because I needed a car and wasn't sure how much longer my Nissan Sentra would last. I did ask the Manager and one of his associates if it would come with a full warranty and they said yes. The Manager even gave me a document that was highlighted dealership warranty for me to sign and I signed it. However after the Manager left and after I spoke to another associate about insurance for the vehicle, I was directed to an office with another associate to sign all the paperwork and one of them was mentioning about the warranty and on it it was highlighted "As-is". I asked the associate about the warranty and he said that I wouldn't get full warranty and that the dealership would only cover costs to replace the engine. At that moment I felt disappointed and confused. I did reach out to friends who happen to own Toyotas themselves and they said I was overcharged for the monthly payments. I even have a friend that works at another Toyota Dealership and have mentioned to him how much I would be paying in monthly payments for a 2018 Toyota Camry and even he said that the monthly payments were too high. So overall, I'm happy that I have a Toyota but also disappointed about having to pay $360/month in monthly payments with a total cost of $21000 as stated by the Manager and possibly not getting full warranty when the Manager said I would have full warranty on the vehicle. More
