Excellent buying experience. No pressure, just very helpful This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth the experience whether it's buying a car or getting it serviced. On this particular occasion, I came back 3 times before finally deciding on which RAV4 to buy. All I can say is that the salesman who sold me the car; Taylor Dunn, was just a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, he helped me get my Android hooked up so I could use Google maps and Waze and he was just a really helpful. The manager I worked with was Don Hesher and he helped me work out a very reasonable deal that I was satisfied with. It's what the car buying experience hould be: I felt I got a reasonable trade-in for my Prius and got a pretty nice discount on the RAV4. I'm sure they made their profit so we all went home happy. More

My wife and I recently traded in a Camry we purchased in December there wasn't quite the right fit for us. We spoke with Faye who led us to Taylor. Taylor was awesome, he helped us find the right Camry for December there wasn't quite the right fit for us. We spoke with Faye who led us to Taylor. Taylor was awesome, he helped us find the right Camry for our needs, we wanted to stick with the Camry and he found the right one for us. They made the transition from one Camry to the other a breeze. My wife is happy and smiling about her new car. Thanks Faye and Taylor you folks are awesome!!!! More
