I have been around the car industry for as long as I can remember. It has been kind of a family business. I grew up in Maple Grove MN where on my 16th birthday I began working at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Pontiac at the time. I worked there doing a variety of rolls until July of 2012 where I transferred to Luther John Hirschs Cambridge Motors and began my Service Advisor position. I now live in Cambridge MN with my family and our puppies.. I love the fast pace of the car industry but the service department in particular. Every day is something new and I enjoy being kept on my toes.

Service personnel have always been informative & helpful And easy to work with. All my questions were answered so I can understand what they are telling me. Service went good as usual, additional work #1 lube connection on air bag wire under passenger seat - second time same thing has been done to this car $154 this time should that be an ongoing service ? connection on air bag wire under passenger seat - second time same thing has been done to this car $154 this time should that be an ongoing service ? Really !!!!! #2 complaint TPS light on - doing a tire rotation anyway re-calibrate sensor and bring car back if light comes back on $84 - light comes back on next day go back quoted additional $250 to replace sensor REALLY !!! Tire was off you recalibrate a bad sensor then have me come back to replace and pay for the process again. I’ve had some issues before with repairs that didn’t seem right, you’ve serviced this vehicle since we purchased it there for all the past years …but you know this time it was just wrong - you made money but let me say another shop will be doing some repairs going forward. This is my wifes car and we stayed servicing with your shop to make it easier for her maybe not the most honest choice. More
