Taylor is very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of ordering a vehicle, scheduling an appointment, providing the timeline it would be before the vehicle should arrive if production is not delayed due to the pandemic and parts shortages. I really appreciated him being honest about the process and changes that may occur. Taylor stayed in contact with me throughout the process and provide me with updates to the changes and options that were available. I received a telephone call explaining everything and was given the opportunity to decide if I would like to continue with the ordering process or not. I was notified immediately when my new vehicle arrived. The final process went well beyond my expectations. I'm truly blessed for Taylor taking care of everything making sure I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in a timely manner. I have a 3 hour road trip scheduled this morning and I got a nail in my tire yesterday late afternoon. It was a bit of an emergency situation. I texted my sales rep Taylor Wilson and literally within 5 got a nail in my tire yesterday late afternoon. It was a bit of an emergency situation. I texted my sales rep Taylor Wilson and literally within 5 minutes he had checked to ensure my tire coverage, tire availability and got me an immediate appointment for express service with Zach. I was really impressed and grateful to get my car in so late in the day (445p) and they had me out of within an hour. I'm really appreciative of the exemplary service provided by Taylor and Zach yesterday! More
