I had just received a 2021 E450 convertible. The emblem for the 180 back up camera was doing things my previous cars had not done. My salesman Taylor and the service advisor Z went to great lengths to test for the 180 back up camera was doing things my previous cars had not done. I recently leased my 4th convertible from Mercedes Benz of Plano and the experience from picking what I wanted for the car, ordering the car, waiting for it to get here from Germany, and finally, having th of Plano and the experience from picking what I wanted for the car, ordering the car, waiting for it to get here from Germany, and finally, having the car personally delivered to me has been 5 star all the way. My salesman Taylor has been attentive and in constant communication with me over the past several months. Even though he knew I was in contact with Mercedes Benz Financial Services to let them know why I wasn't turning my present car in on time, he still called and spoke with them himself. I was allowed to keep my current lease until the new car arrived. I strongly recommend this dealership for purchasing/leasing a car as well as the service one gets from the service department. More
