Was able to find the exact color, trim, etc. car at a fair price at Coulter Cadillac. Was not really concerned about which dealer I purchased the car at. Worked with Ted in sales who delivered the car, and was great to work with. After two months and several inquiries, still waiting for the purchase documents. Car needed some warranty work taken care of at Coulter service. I felt updates and communication could have been better as the car was in the shop for eight days before I heard anything. Work was completed in just less than two weeks. The car buying experience was very smooth and the warranty service experience fairly average for a GM dealership. Overall, I would recommend this dealership, though somewhat tepid. I got the car in the spec I wanted, and I'm very happy with it. More
