Was promised 3 free oil changes when I bought my Jeep. Received 2. Made an appointment for third. Even though my Jeep has low mileage and wasnt quite ready for a change, I went ahead and scheduled. Was called 2 times, sent 7 text reminders in less than a week by dealership. Drove a 70 mile round trip to be denied stating that the offer expired end of December 2019. Was not aware of any expiration when I made my Jeep purchase. Since ownership changed, I reached out last December to the salesman who sold me my vehicle to make sure that this would still be honored since the company changed hands.I had an email confirmation from salesman stating that even though dealership changed owners, this was a "Jeep" thing and would not effect my service. Got there and was told they wouldn't honor even after showing them my text. Very disappointed and will not return to this dealership for service or to buy. They can take me off of their contact lists. More

This dealership is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. First off, they were in violation of any and every COVID precaution that was put out by the CDC and local government. The sales staff doesn’t know their head from their xxxxx. They don’t care about you one bit, you’re just another number in the queue to them, and once the sale is over, you don’t matter one bit to them, besides them constantly bugging you to give them a 5 star review. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this place and save yourself a whole lot of heartache. More
