I didn't want to wait around for paperwork to be done so he introduced me to Ted in finance who took care of all the paper work and I was able to go in the next day during my lunch hour and sign and drive off with my new Equinox. For years I have only dreamt of being able to purchase a new car....I found one I fell in love with online on the Luther website , called Steve Wick to check it out and my dream came true. I didn’t have established credit and Steve worked diligently with his finance person Ted and in a matter of a day I was qualified and able to purchase a Beautiful 2016 Chevy Equinox and I couldn’t be happier. Friendly, focused, fair, go-getters One never knows what they will get walking into a car dealership. We were in the market for a re-used truck and didnt have long to be without one. We walked in on a Friday afternoon after 4pm with a particular truck in mind which we had found online through the prospective lender. Schmidty came out to the lot with the keys and we took it for a test drive and tried to make a go of purchase. Schmidty recruited Ted G. To maneuver the financial end. Turns out the lender who had previously approved me for a certain loan amount under certain conditions had promised me terms that they had not presented to Lither Brookdale Chevrolet and were saying I needed to come up with an additional and unanticipated 2k for a down payment which we didnt have. Schmidty assured me that Ted was the best and he would make it happen. It was past closing so they told me I would hear from them before close the next day. This was a promise that they 100% delivered on. We drove away in our truck without that extra 2k and were also given an extended warranty for a very reasonable small Increase on our monthly payments. The truck is better than we imagined and the follow up customer service from these guys is phenomenal. As long as we are in the area we plan on continuing our relationship with Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, Schmidty and Ted. They did all the work and took out all the worry. Petrea& K. DEL More
