Make my old truck look look like new My 1995 truck was at a crossroads . Was I going to spend the money and do the much needed body work? I am so glad I did. The truck looks brand new! Severe Damage from Auto Body Repair Department My 2017 Jeep Renegade, which I purchased from Susquehanna Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in June of last year, was hit twice during the March 21st snow storm w My 2017 Jeep Renegade, which I purchased from Susquehanna Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in June of last year, was hit twice during the March 21st snow storm while parked in front of my house. Fortunately, both people stopped, called the police, and had insurance. My auto insurance is through Erie, and I was recommended by both Erie and Susquehanna to come to Wissler’s to have my repairs done. I brought my car to the body shop at Wissler’s for an assessment, and then brought my car back on April 2nd for the repairs. I was finally able to pick up my Jeep on Tuesday, April 17th. During this period, I was given a massive Chevy Suburban from Enterprise which I couldn’t even park in front of my home due to its obnoxious size. When I picked up the car on the 17th, I noticed the brakes were squeaky, which I was told was just rust build up that would resolve with driving, which it did. I drove my car home from Mount Joy back to downtown Lancaster. On Thursday, April 19th, I drove my car from Lancaster City to Leola and then to Hershey and back home. I only noticed that my muffler sounded slightly louder than usual, but it did not seem suspect. On Friday, the 20th, after working for 12 hours, as a nurse, I was parked in the Target parking lot on Fruitville Pike when I noticed there was new damage to the right side of my lower bumper. Upon further inspection, I realized that the bumper covered up the ENTIRE side-by-side exhaust pipes, which had then subsequently burnt a hole through the bumper and was very hot. I immediately drove home and parked the car. Upon making a personal Facebook post about the severity of the situation, I was contacted by Ted on Saturday morning, who had gotten wind of the post before I had a chance to call the body shop. Mind you, I was also scheduled to work Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm. I told Ted that I preferred to speak with my insurance company before agreeing to bring the car back and I would not be able to do anything until Monday. I did not, at anytime, feel that that the response from Wissler’s was concerned with the serious nature of this negligence. I spoke with Erie on Monday and was assisted in organizing the additional repairs. I requested, upon speaking with Susquehanna directly, that the Jeep should be evaluated for any engine issues after the bumper was repaired. My Jeep was picked up at my house on Monday, after hours of fielding a horrendous amount of phone calls. This time was planned to be spent completing school work for my nursing bachelor’s degree, which put me seriously behind schedule. The rental car I was then giving was a ridiculous Nissan Cube. Yesterday I had to call the auto body shop to ask for an update. Today I was notified via text message, by Susquehanna, that my car had come in for inspection. I never got a call from your body shop, and due to my schedule, had limited time to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, my gas tank was on empty. When I asked about that, Ted told me there was a gas station down the street. I have never experienced such dismissive customer service. As a woman, I am horrified that your men in that shop would treat me with such utter disrespect, unwilling to acknowledge the gravity of the error. In several different ways, I could have been killed, and I assure you sir, I am in no way being dramatic. The amount of times that I was “blown-off” by your staff, and to end the situation with an empty gas tank is completely unacceptable. I have contacted Susquehanna as well as the Chrysler corporate headquarters to file a formal complaint. I have been advised to seek legal counsel, as well as email you directly. I have also notified the Better Business Bureau to address this negligence. I do not feel this matter was addressed with sincerity or a concern that matches the severity of the situation. The disrespectful handling of this situation also makes it clear to me how your auto body shop treats women. More

Mother Nature makes life stressful sometimes!!! Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the place to get my truck repaired. Met with him, took pictures of the issues and he took care of my insurance situations plus got a call for a local rental car that I picked up at Wisslers. No need to run all over creation and make more stress from a stressful situation. With all the questions Ted could get in a days time from everyone, he was patient with me and answered everything. They had my truck for 9 days and when I went to pick it up, it was beautiful again. Dropped the rental car there and he took care of contacting the rental company. All my fears were put to rest at Wisslers, thanks to Ted and his staff of great collision repair technicians. The hot chocolate was great too!!! Lloyd Glazer, York, PA More

Expectations exceeded I made an inquiry on Wissler's website back in September and Alex followed up on it with me. I wasn't very optimistic about being able to find anythin I made an inquiry on Wissler's website back in September and Alex followed up on it with me. I wasn't very optimistic about being able to find anything (I had very specific needs) but Alex matched me with a vehicle that fit perfectly. Then, Chris helped get me financing in what was undoubtedly a difficult situation. Then, after a boo boo on my part (truck is a tight fit in my garage, I learned the hard way), Ted worked to find a replacement for my side view mirror (challenging for a 9 year old vehicle, I'd imagine). All in all, I had a great experience with Wissler and have recommended them to several friends (even out of state residents) for just that reason. I admit, I waited a little bit to post a review, wanting the shine to wear off a bit and to see how their post-purchase service holds up. I've had my Explorer for a month now and at no time have I ever gotten anything but top notch service when I contacted Wissler (or just walked in out of the blue, since they're right down the street from me). I have recommended them to people I know unabashedly. More

My family has been using Wissler Motors for nearly 28 My family has been using Wissler Motors for nearly 28 years. Over those years we have used the service center, sales, and even the body shop. Our My family has been using Wissler Motors for nearly 28 years. Over those years we have used the service center, sales, and even the body shop. Our first vehicle that we purchased from Wissler Motors was a new 1988 Eagle Premier. The Premier was traded in for a new 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A used 1997 Honda Accord was purchased in December 1998 with 14,000 miles on it. The 1996 Jeep was traded in around 100,000 miles for another new 2004 Grand Cherokee. My wife is still driving this vehicle. The 1997 Honda Accord was just traded in last year, (2013), for a used 2008 Honda Accord, which only had 7,200 miles on it. Also in 2013, I purchased a used 2005 Ram 3500. My oldest son has purchased two vehicles from Wissler's, including a VW and a Chevrolet, which he is currently driving. My youngest son is still driving a 1998 Honda Accord, which was purchased from Wissler's. As you can see we have purchased all of our transportation needs from Wissler's and will continue. Thanks Wissler family and all the employees. More
