I bought a Toyota Tacoma using USAA auto buying service which caused Coos Bay Toyota to contact me. I live in Houston but need the truck in Oregon. My initial contact was with Sheri Banes. I would go to some lengths to attempt to use Coos Bay Toyota for future car buys. More

First: I did not have a car and lived 50+/- miles from Coos Bay Toyota, so the website and the on-line assistants were quite instrumental in my buying from this dealership. Sheri, Bambi, Summer, and Heat Coos Bay Toyota, so the website and the on-line assistants were quite instrumental in my buying from this dealership. Sheri, Bambi, Summer, and Heather remained cordial (and quickly found answers) throughout the five months research on Toyota models, as well as pre-owned models. I'd like to commend Ted Noble's sales manner. He was positive, attentive and professional. Our Venza was spiffed up and ready to go the day following a thorough test drive. Plus, he followed up with several phone calls a few days later. If you are a senior citizen, expect no "my dear's"--just authentic, factual discourse. Without one patronizing joke, he made car-buying pleasurable. Also, the physical site is newly modern. It's obvious manager Lee Hawthorne treats his staff the same as they approach their customers: with respect. I found my experience with Ted Noble to be one of the best I have ever encountered in shopping for a new car. He was very forthright and very honest in answering my questions. As it turn out my price was met and the price on my new Prius was very fair and competitive with other Toyota dealers in the area. More
