Awesome experience I visited the Ballwin dealer because I had a great referral for their salesman Ted Denn. As soon as I got there I was greeted by their front door asso I visited the Ballwin dealer because I had a great referral for their salesman Ted Denn. As soon as I got there I was greeted by their front door associate with a smile. I waited a few minutes as Ted was helping another customer, but in the meantime I was helped by another salesman. Ted showed me a great car, but not exactly what I wanted at first. He made sure that the car I wanted to get was there in less than 30 minutes!
