Hello everyone, I recently visited Nexcar on 45 N. I was very amazed at the service I received. No one would approve me for a car. I was going to give up. I thought I would try one more time that's when I v very amazed at the service I received. No one would approve me for a car. I was going to give up. I thought I would try one more time that's when I visited Nexcar. They greeted me at the door and made me feel like family. I told them my situation and they took care of it without any problems. Tee told me don't worry about it we will take care of you, and they did just that. I was able to drive off in a new used car. They will do whatever they can to work with you. With this company they really take care of their customers which is why I give them a good rating. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A CAR WITH BAD CREDIT OR NO CREDIT! I have received excellent service at NexCar when I was desperately searching for another car. It took all but 2 days to find the right car for me and Mr. Tee Leverson and Mr. Bisship Knight did not rest desperately searching for another car. It took all but 2 days to find the right car for me and Mr. Tee Leverson and Mr. Bisship Knight did not rest until they found a car that suited me financially and comfortably. I thank them so much for that and I will totally recommend anyone to this dealership because they will definitely be satisfied for what car they can get at a good price. More

A good overall experience! I would definitely refer others to Nexcar. Tee was very personable and accomodating throughout the process. Mr. Knight and Scott were also very helpful and courteous. However, I would suggest informing the customer early in the process of what they will be required to bring (ie. paystub, utility bill etc.) upon approval. Also, upon delivery of the vehicle, it would be nice if the Owner's Manual were already in the vehicle as opposed to having wait for it. On the other hand, the detail crew, not so good. The vehicle was not washed or cleaned out very well. So, Scott immediatley had it redone for us and it was okay. The attitudes of these guys and their quick call to action help make our experience a good one! Keep up the good work!! More
