About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible t Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible to look into and resolve the issue, we took this car to them 3 times with the understanding they were going to make good on their word and fix it. We got it back the first time, still the light would come on, same issue the second time, and then the 3rd time, they called her and told her the issue was corrected. We again picked it up and my daughter noticed that the panel just under the Streeting wheel area was loose and hanging down, so we were curious to see if they had corrected the issue, so we check the reading to see if the check engine light issue had been fixed, and it had not, we looked under the panel to see what had been done or if anything seemed out of place and they had disconnected the check engine light completely. They never fixed the problem. The service manager Jerry told my daughter that he had driven it 50+ miles just to make sure the issue was fixed and that the lighter wouldn't come back on, they told her it was fixed, (So of course Jerry lied) They are snakes in the grass, Arizona seriously needs a lemon law, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Something needs to be done. Things like this shouldn't ever happen. And calling them won't make them take responsibility. They will just argue with us like they did in the beginning, it took my boyfriend going down there with me to just so they would speak to us with respect. The service manager Jerry needs to be fired, he lies and is deceitful. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting a lawyer for more advise on what our legal stans is on these issues. HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG PERSON, JUST STARTING OUT IN LIFE AS AN ADULT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, I AM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING WHAT YOU DO, KNOWING YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO SOMEONE. Thank God above she got the extended warranty so it can get fixed the right way, the safe way. But that isn't going to let you guys off the hook, we are still going to be seeking our legal rights. I reached out to check availability of the vehicle and I never heard back from them. Well, We arrived and the car battery needed to be charged, the salesman informed me the power steering was out, why is the car on the lot if it is not working properly, at least drivable? No one call charged, the salesman informed me the power steering was out, why is the car on the lot if it is not working properly, at least drivable? No one called me when I put in the inquiry, no one was there when we arrived, we were there at 9:00 am. The lot attendant was racing around in a truck in a parking lot skidding the wheels. More

My daughter bought a car here that was a total lemon. It drove fine on the test drive and they assured us that they are inspected and road ready before purchase. We got the 6 month warranty as well. Just It drove fine on the test drive and they assured us that they are inspected and road ready before purchase. We got the 6 month warranty as well. Just days after the warranty expired the engine went out and had to be replaced for several thousand dollars. Then the electrical system started failing. Then spark plugs. Then starter. Then leaking transmission fluid. This is all less than a year from purchase. She has spent almost as much on repairs as she has on the vehicle. Do not buy here. They will patch a car so it looks ok, but you will be screwed shortly after purchase. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER FROM NEW DEAL AUTO! I intended to buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended warranty because they knew their cars are junk. The only good thing I can say about that is I used it about 6 times. The transmission was replaced days after I purchased car. Credit Acceptance is their financed and they are horrible. The car sales people prey on women and take advantage of us not having a lot of knowledge of cars. More

My experience as a first time buyer: College gal! As stated already, I came to this dealership as a first-time buyer. Initially, I researched the car that I wanted online--a 2004 Toyota Corolla, 180k As stated already, I came to this dealership as a first-time buyer. Initially, I researched the car that I wanted online--a 2004 Toyota Corolla, 180k miles. This car had a Carfax and all the information I could find about it! I came into the dealership the next day with my co-buyers (parents) and the sale was phenomenal. We saw the car right away and our salesperson answered every question along the way. There was NO PRESSURE in any way upon buying the car. We were well-informed about the buying process and every step along the way was explained. The dealership worked with us in paying the price in a few segments to make the sale easier on our bank accounts and the warranty was great. We did not have lengthy waits for any services around us, the car was in wonderful shape, the price was phenomenal, and everybody was pressure-free and very friendly. We finalized the sale within the hour. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend buying used cars here--especially for any young/college student like me. More
