We found the car we bought on the internet and it was located at North Coast Auto Mall. We live an hour away and so I called to make sure that the car was still there and they assured me that it was and we made arrangements to come up. The car was as advertised and they were not pushy at all. They let us go on a test drive by yourself and answered our questions. Everyone we dealt with from the finance people to the sales people were very professional. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and they did not make you feel uptight or tense. I would definitely recommend them again and would return for future purchases. More

If your looking for a Car, GO SEE Sam ! ! ! When you go Car Shopping, it's the "Luck of the Draw" which Sales person you get to work with... Such was the case with me. I found the car I was in When you go Car Shopping, it's the "Luck of the Draw" which Sales person you get to work with... Such was the case with me. I found the car I was interested in, on-line and just scheduled a test drive. Sam was my Lucky Draw...and wow, did I get lucky. Don't rely on Luck - Call or Ask for Sam. Professional, personable, knowledgeable about cars, financing, and walks you through the whole process as quickly or as patiently as you want. It takes a team of folks to facilitate the car buying process. Sam shepherded the pieces and processes with skill, humor, and professionalism. In my case, there was a minor "crinkle" on one of the quarter panels as well as brakes that needed adjusting. Sam monitored the repairs, the Service Department did amazing work. There is always some nervousness when buying a car - especially a Used Car; I found Sam to be a man of Character, integrity, and can be trusted to deal honestly and fairly. For the record, I am not related to Sam, and indeed never met him before this transaction....but in the future, I will be referring anyone who needs a vehicle to Sam and the Team at North Coast Auto in Parma...
