As an out-of-state buyer, Terence at Lithia Toyota of Billings provided me with a great used vehicle buying experience. Prior to flying to Montana to purchase the vehicle, Terence provided me with a complete video vehicle inspection in real-time via phone, proactively highlighted all areas of potential concern, and addressed the two specific issues we identified to my satisfaction. Upon arrival at the airport, Terence personally picked me up in the vehicle to test drive. Upon arrival at the dealership, I found that Terence represented the vehicle with 100% accuracy and I was on the road back home in less than 90 minutes. Post-sale, Terence maintained the same high service-level and quickly addressed a paperwork mistake we both missed in the purchase documents. I loved my experience buying my Jeep with Lithia Toyota. I was buying my vehicle from out of town and Terrence was such a help with sending pictures and being 100% honest about everything. A long drive but it was worth it. Lithia Toyota of Billings had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. I traveled 1900 miles to Montana for the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as described and there were no hidden fees. Terence sent lots of pictures prior to the sale so there were no surprises when I arrived. He picked me up a the airport withing minutes of landing. Sarah in the finance department handled my file quickly and efficiently. Everything was as smooth as glass. I wish this dealership were closer to home but, I might buy our next Toyota from them anyway. Thanks again, Terence & Sarah. More
