My wife a I have purchased or leased 14 cars in our life so far. We purchased this car entirely on line from Florida as the Sonata hybrid is not available in Florida. I have never had even close to as simple an experience as it was purchasing this car. Rick Nelson our sales agent was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. Theresa in finance Was helpful and low pressure. I really never had an experience like this in my life and would probably buy my next car out of state through this dealership with this salesman. Not to mention the price was amazing. In review of online databases which suggest what price was a good price to pay I was paying in the bottom 10% of what people were paying nationwide for this car. I told Rick Nelson that if the scale was up to five stars I would give them six stars and if the scale for him and the dealership was 10 stars I would give them 11 stars More

This is my 4th Hyundai, and I My husband and I decided to drive into the dealership on Saturday, and we ended up test driving one of the new Sonatas. This is my 4th Hyundai, and I've loved them all. I think, for the price, they are a nice looking vehicle, perform well, and they are reliable. The only Hyundai I had a any issues with was my Hybrid Sonata. Dan worked with me to get my payment down, and he worked with the manager, who assisted with additional money for my trade. Thanks again for everything! More

On Saturday 8/8 my husband and I visited Ideal Hyundai in Frederick, MD. We live in PA and had visited other dealers in PA, this was our first MD experience. We were worried going out of state to make this purchase but everyone was knowledgeable on what all we would need to do/know for the purchase. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our experience, our sales woman Brionna Thrower was a pleasure to deal with the whole time. We were a little late to our appointment, and she didn’t make us feel bad about it or dismiss us because of it at all. We were torn between models and she helped give us information to decide between the Elantra and the Sonata. She let us test drive a few vehicles. She was not a typical pushy sales person but was very informed and easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. It was my first time buying a new car so I was a little nervous going in but was able to relax with her. The sales experience I would rate a 5/5. We decided to make the purchase on the 2020 Sonata SEL, her manager was also very friendly also and helped get us a good deal, I believe his name was Mike. When we got to the financing part of the deal we worked with Teresa and she was extremely friendly. She was very nice to work with as well. The only reason I am rating that part of the experience a 4/5 is because I didn’t love the way the information was presented to us. We were immediately presented with what all the extra add on and warranties were and what the costs were for all of those things, but had to ask about what our monthly payments without those extras would even be, what our rate was and who owned the loan. She was negotiable and answered all of our questions, but I am not sure why we didn’t start at the basics and walk us through the pricing instead of jumping right into what else we can get. This might not have even been her fault but it just felt like this major part of the financing piece was glossed over. Overall we had a great experience though and everyone was extremely friendly and we will be taking our car there for service in the future. I would highly recommend Brionna as a saleswoman to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

He presented me with a best and final and a deal was sealed. He apparently passed my policy on to the finance office, because that was the quickest and most efficient car purchase I've ever made. I'm very appreciative!! I highly recommend Mr. Ocasio!! More
