I felt really comfortable, which is remarkable after a really bad experience at another Honda dealer that I ended up lea and was incredibly friendly. I felt really comfortable, which is remarkable after a really bad experience at another Honda dealer that I ended up leaving. The deal we agreed on was the deal that I signed papers for-- no one tried to change it last minute or talk circles around me, as opposed to the other Honda dealership. And, she treated me like an adult making a major purchase, which, as a 25 year old, I appreciated (although I will be paying on my own, I had to co-sign with a parent for decent financing due to a two year long chronic illness when I otherwise would have been building credit history and work experience). That was not the experience I received at other dealerships, which made car shopping feel a little embarrassing. TK didn't make it feel like that, though, and I really did feel like she was being honest with me. I've already recommended the dealership to a couple of friends in the event that they are in the market for a car. More

TK was so professional and accomodating. Jason and I knew what we were looking for when we called Indy Honda and talked with TK. By the time we arrived in Indianapolis, TK had the vehicle ready for us knew what we were looking for when we called Indy Honda and talked with TK. By the time we arrived in Indianapolis, TK had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. She took the time to explain the new features and options that the Accord had to offer. After our test drive we knew the 2013 Honda Accord Sport was the vehicle for us and our family. Indy Honda was fair on our trade in and was reasonable with their pricing of the Accord. Joe Sticker did a great job explaining our finance options to us when buying our new car. We will definitely recommend Indy Honda to friends and family after our amazing experience. More

She helped my mother-in-law select a model she felt comfortable and secure with. TK was patient through numerous changes on options, color, etc. Her communication was outstanding, even after the sale closed. We started out looking for a used CRV. We found one at Ed Martin Honda that we thought was "it", but had to sleep on it.We stopped in at IndyHonda on our way home, having been out to several Honda dealer alr Martin Honda that we thought was "it", but had to sleep on it.We stopped in at IndyHonda on our way home, having been out to several Honda dealer already.There was one on the lot that was comparable to the Ed Martin CRV but priced higher.We did not go in to talk to a salesman, but headed home to look for an internet price on the IndyHonda CRV.We emailed for a price and T. K. King promptly responded.We also emailed her about the discounted price for public school employees.She was again prompt in response.We stopped in the next day to test drive the IndyHonda CRV, but found that the Ed Martin CRV road smoother and was a bit less in price.Went off to Ed Martin for another look and probably buy, but it had sold after we left the day before.The Ed Martin salesman suggested we consider a pricing a new one.We had not considered a new CRV thinking it would be priced out of our comfort zone.We were surprised that there was not much difference in the new and used, but Ed Martin did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot and would have to find one.We called T. K. to see if she could price one for us and headed back to IndyHonda.T.K. had a better price and worked with us on some accessories we wanted as well. She is the BEST salesperson we have ever dealt with in all our years of car shopping.She was prompt on every answer to our inquires and the best thing of all was she did not have to get up and ask the manager about anything having to do with pricing.We were not handed off and made to sit waiting on answers.It was by far the best customer service we have ever had in any dealership.The price we came away with was not just "good" but really "very good".The only reason it is not "great" is because, well, cars are EXPENSIVE!You always feel like you wish you could have spent less, but we do feel T. K. gave us the best possible deal we could have gotten anywhere on this new CRV.The only other person we had to deal with was the financial guy, Nate.He was also excellent to work with, informative but no pressure.We walked away knowing that when we need to make our 6th Honda purchased (this was our 5th Honda we had bought over the years)we will give IndyHonda the first and last effort to once again have our business. Hopefully T. K. is still selling cars when our '03 Pilot wears out! More
