Katie was extremely professional, personable and easy to work with. She provided top tier customer service by personally picking up the car from their Gresham location to the Portland location while we drov work with. She provided top tier customer service by personally picking up the car from their Gresham location to the Portland location while we drove up from Salem. By going the extra mile, Katie helped saved about 30 mins of drive time. She had the car ready to test drive and was quick with the paperwork process. There was no sales pressure or gimmicks. It was a pleasure to work with Katie and we would recommend anyone looking for a car to work with her. She even helped us get a tank of gas and floor mats in the truck for us.
