I am a repeat customer. For the past 22 years, either my wife or I have purchased all our vehicles at Thomas Hyundai/Subaru. Between the two of us, and our sons, we have bought a total of 9 different vehic wife or I have purchased all our vehicles at Thomas Hyundai/Subaru. Between the two of us, and our sons, we have bought a total of 9 different vehicles (1 van,1 Baja truck, 2 cars, 4 SUVs and the new 2012 Veloster). Since our first 1990 visit to the Thomas Automotive Dealership, and on each one since, the entire staff (salespersons, financial officers, mechanics, parts dealers, managers, secretaries, and others with unknown titles) have treated us more like best of friends and family, rather than just a number or a sales figure. Thomas salespersons are knowledgeable, courteous, and upfront. They consistently offer good value for all my trade-ins. The vehicles we have purchased have always been reliable. We look forward to our next purchase at Thomas, and will continue to recommend the Thomas Automotive Family dealership to all we meet. More

I just purchased my third Subaru from Thomas. Even though I live over 50 miles from the Thomas Dealership and I am often tempted to buy locally, I keep returning to Thomas because I have always been t though I live over 50 miles from the Thomas Dealership and I am often tempted to buy locally, I keep returning to Thomas because I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Perry Ritchey is the best!!! Perry always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. He is always pleasant, easy to talk to, explains everything in great detail, very patient and always willing to help. Perry is very honest and extremely trustworthy. I know that if I have a problem, Perry will take care of it. If you want to buy a car, he's the the guy from whom you should buy! Brett Files also does an outstanding job and is very pleasant to work with. When I purchased my Forester, he drove it to Oakland and we did the paper work at my dining room table. When I asked him if I owed him anything for delivering my new vehicle to my house, he simply said,"." It was my pleasure." Thanks also goes to Amanda Roth for helping me with the bluetooth. There were three men I worked with, but I don't know there names. There was a woman in service too who impressed me by recognizing me from a year before. Service involved several relatively small thin there names. There was a woman in service too who impressed me by recognizing me from a year before. Service involved several relatively small things - recalls, 3700 mi checkup, oil change, blue tooth replacement and a fog light replacement. Work seems to have been done very well. I also want to commend Sales Rep Amanda - she sold me my car last year and came down to service when she learned I was there to tell them about my blue tooth problems and she was kind enough to show me how to use it and a couple of other things that I had forgotten how to do. I was impressed with her when she sold me the car, and I am more impressed every time I work with her. More

We've purchased 4 vehicles from Thomas and have always been well-pleased. Service appointments have been scheduled quickly and both the sales and service staff are first rate. I have shopped at other de been well-pleased. Service appointments have been scheduled quickly and both the sales and service staff are first rate. I have shopped at other dealerships and have had bad sales experiences. They say you'll tell 200 or more people about a bad experience, but not nearly so many about the good. Thomas, thankfully for the Cumberland area, is and always has been the dealership with whom we do our automobile business. Enough good can not be said. More
