We've been Toyota people since 2000 but decided to try Subaru. From the time we test drove our Outback, we were sold. We thought Roman was a great salesman -- no pressure though. We've bought many cars and needed a vacation afterwards because of the pressure. We never felt pressured. Roman told us the price, our trade in value and that was that. No hassle at all. We liked him so much that we came back to Thomas Subaru from Northern Virginia and bought the car. He's a really nice man and we felt he wasn't taking us for a ride.
