I had purchased a vehicle fro My first experience with a Priority dealership and I must say it a much GREATER experience than I had ever anticipated. I had purchased a vehicle from Hutchens Chevrolet before Priority bought that dealership. That was a great experience as well, but, the truck I bought was not exactly what I had wanted after test driving a new Chevy truck December a year ago I drove off with used Ford. September 2018 I took the Ford in for its routine oil change. While I was waiting, I strolled over to see Gil Brown who sold me the Ford, just to say hello. While we were talking, I mentioned how much I still liked the Chevy trucks and that was all Gil needed to hear as he was honestly interested in wanting me to have the vehicle of my choice and he asked if i would mind if he could talk with his management to see if anything could be worked out in order to get me into that new Chevy truck. I truly must say, Gil Brown worked harder than any other salesperson I have ever had work for me , taking a request all the way up to the General Manager to get an approval. Gil performed professionally and tirelessly to put me in my new Chevy truck. After that he worked with the Jeff, Evan and the others to work the nu bears to where I wanted to be on my payments. Jeff an Evan in my opinion worked miracles to get me to the monthly payment I wanted to be at, an went as far as to give me the same a count for the Ford as a trade in as I paid for it a year ago. The entire staff all seemed to have also thrown in so e additional bennies to boot such as free sidewalls. Meghan was next ensuring the deal got wrapped up by getting the trucks paint and underside got wrapped with protective coatings Priority team thsre worked together lke a fine oiled macbine. Excellent all around service. My thanks to all involved in my transaction to make it a truly successful and satisfying sale. Special thanks to Gil for wanting to take on what i feel sure he must have thought would be waste of his time. Kudos PC and staff! More
