I called spoke with Terra Torrez about coming to look at a truck, she ask when I said I could send my superintendent now, it's about 45 min drive, when he got there she was no where to be found, and they di a truck, she ask when I said I could send my superintendent now, it's about 45 min drive, when he got there she was no where to be found, and they didn't know what truck we came to look at. when the truck was repaired and the day it was to be delivered, I told Terra I would only be home until 5:00pm, she said it would be there bye 3:00, I called at 4:00 and asked where the truck is, and was told they are about to head my way, I said that would be too late I have plans already, they said the truck would be delivered the next morning early, I got a txt around noon the next day saying the radio quit working on the way to deliver the truck, and it would need to be repaired before delivery. I finally got the truck delivered to me about 4 days later and it's been fine. Just a little ruff start dealing with your employees. More
