In all of our years of buying vehicles, this was the most pleasant experience ever The great people at Five Star Hyundai are a pleasure to work with. In all of our years of buying vehicles, this was the most pleasant experience ever. We were never pressured at all. Delivery of our car was fast and just as promised. We were treated like family from the moment we came in contact with them! We will definitely recommend the Five Star store in Warner Robins for any future vehicle purchases for all of our family and friends as well as using them for any of our future vehicle needs. Terrance was great - he made sure that we understood every aspect of the vehicle and has even called us a couple of times since the purchase to make sure that we had not encountered any problems or if we had any questions. Kerde Evans - the General Manager was awesome! He made us feel like we were the most important client he ever had. Mike Heard in the service department is second to none. He too has checked in with us on our purchase and offered his assistance for any questions or problems needed. We will commute over 100 miles to have any and all service work done at this store - due to the professionalism and service after the sale they portrayed. They truly care about their customers! More

I have purchase 2 new cars from your dealership within 2 months. I can't say enough about Terrence Fannin as my sales point of contact. Terrence went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the cars I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. The finance department Manager Mr. Darnel Daly was very quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!
