Very good our Salesman Shawn had a friendly personality I had emailed your dealership via Carfax of see if the vehicle I purchased as available . I received a response within the hour from the dealership i I had emailed your dealership via Carfax of see if the vehicle I purchased as available . I received a response within the hour from the dealership indicating is was . We went to the used card department and was met by Shawn Collins and I told him I had emailed via Carfax about car I wanted to look at . I told Shawn my email had been answered by Mr. Lopez and Shawn explained ( Mr. Lopez ) was the internet manager and asked if he ( Shawn ) could take care our viewing of the car we were looking for. We said yes not problem. We felt Shawn was very good to work with espcially being a former member of US Army. Shawn went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we were looking for. The only concern I had was the vehicle only had one key ( key fob ) and we were told to stop by on a Thursday in order to obtain another. I aske if there was an addtional charge and was told that was not problem. More
