Seamless sales transaction I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Rober I am extremely particular when it comes to my possessions, thus, I have been looking 14 months for a certain used vehicle. When one surfaced at Robert Brogden I inquired online. Jeff Alstatt reached out and sent me exterior and interior pictures of the car. After it was detailed he repeated the process and sent more for a more accurate inspection. Jeff took a deposit from me until I could complete the 4 hour drive to see it in person. The Honda Pilot was as clean as Jeff promised, and although I wish the dealership could have negotiated on the price a little bit more, I bought it and I'm happy I did. The showroom staff even took a picture of my wife and I with our name on the delivery appointment board. The finance person Terri Horton was thorough in explaining all the documents and was not pushy with aftermarket products or warranties. Jeff even sent us down the road with a full tank of gas! Overall our experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or buy here again myself. More

Very good our Salesman Shawn had a friendly personality I had emailed your dealership via Carfax of see if the vehicle I purchased as available . I received a response within the hour from the dealership i I had emailed your dealership via Carfax of see if the vehicle I purchased as available . We went to the used card department and was met by Shawn Collins and I told him I had emailed via Carfax about car I wanted to look at . I told Shawn my email had been answered by Mr. Lopez and Shawn explained ( Mr. Lopez ) was the internet manager and asked if he ( Shawn ) could take care our viewing of the car we were looking for. We said yes not problem. We felt Shawn was very good to work with espcially being a former member of US Army. Shawn went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we were looking for. The only concern I had was the vehicle only had one key ( key fob ) and we were told to stop by on a Thursday in order to obtain another. I aske if there was an addtional charge and was told that was not problem. More
