Vehicle # 9 and counting I just picked up my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma. This vehicle is the ninth that I bought or people I sent there bought. The cars are great, but that is not I just picked up my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma. This vehicle is the ninth that I bought or people I sent there bought. The cars are great, but that is not why I drive past two other Toyota dealers to get to Maplewood Toyota. The sales staff (Terry Burke and Norb Stachowiak) have earned my trust over the years that I have dealt with them. I know that I am getting the best price without haggling. I trust that when they make a recommendation, it is because it is best for me, not because it is better for their commission. The service department goes above an beyond the call, even to the point of making minor repairs without charge. Then there are the cookies in the waiting room As I told Terry the other day, I cannot see myself ever driving anything but a Maplewood Toyota. More

Also, all of the people we've dealt with in their service department have been knowledgeable and fair through the years. When it was time for us to purchase our 2016 Camry, we worked with Terry Burke. He's an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable about the product line. And he has a sense of humor too! Anyway, Terry made the buying process as pleasant as it could be, and we felt he always answered our questions honestly. He even came to pick us up on the day we took delivery.
