Service took longer than anticipated & dealer comp'd I brought my 2017 Prius in for scheduled maintenance. Technician found a nail in a tire requiring a tire repair. I was informed the cost for the repai I brought my 2017 Prius in for scheduled maintenance. Technician found a nail in a tire requiring a tire repair. I was informed the cost for the repair and I authorized the dealer to make the repair. The service and repair took an hour longer than estimated and the service tech comp'd the tire repair. I appreciated the gesture of good will. More
