Terry was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. There was no hard sell or sales pitch - none of that stuff that makes you not want to deal with buying a car. He answered our questions and helped us determine the best choice for us of new vs. used cars. After we bought the cars, he spent the time to make sure we knew about how to use all the features in the car. Easy Peasy I stopped by for my 85K check=up. No appointment and it just took 1 1/2 hours of my time. Glad to know the chipmunk is no longer nesting on top of my I stopped by for my 85K check=up. No appointment and it just took 1 1/2 hours of my time. Glad to know the chipmunk is no longer nesting on top of my air filter. My only concern was the method for check-in. I drove in, someone checked the mileage on the car and asked me to wait by the car. I then waited for about two minutes. I had enough time to count the 14 service people who were within line of sight, apprarently busy talking to each other about other projects. Eventually someone came and checked me in. Two minutes isn't a long time, but it's noticeable when everyone is right there, hanging out and not coming to your assistance. More
