Other dealerships route your calls through an endless labyrinth of 'Press 1 for this', and 'Press 9 for that', only to end ..they answer their phone! Other dealerships route your calls through an endless labyrinth of 'Press 1 for this', and 'Press 9 for that', only to end up having to leave a voicemail...all while I'm sitting on the side of the road with a tow truck driver who won't take my car anywhere where there's no one who will commit to accepting it.
