I made an appt at your dealership on 12/17@8:30A after experiencing a loud, disturbing, rubbing sound via rt front brakes after having to break abruptly in traffic the day before which was alarming. After describing my experience with manager he seemed not to believe me over his Tech who test drove my car who said he detected nothing wrong. Also said it could've been a little pebble or something of that nature in between the brake pad causing the noise? I detest attitudes of apathy, disbelief to include sarcasm especially by someone portraying to be a professional in a public arena. Hopefully, my incident was isolated and not a widespread concern. More
