I live in Dallas. . there was the exact same car I wanted at another dealership about 1.5 miles away from where I live. Knowing that, I still flew to Houston, Uber’ed t . there was the exact same car I wanted at another dealership about 1.5 miles away from where I live. Knowing that, I still flew to Houston, Uber’ed to Baker, bought the car, Uber’ed back to the airport, and flew home. Why go through all the trouble? Because, in my opinion, in a world where quality of service is diminishing rapidly, Baker Nissan ( and specifically Terry Edwards ) go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience. They understand clients are more than just revenue numbers and care more about the person than the sale. Its odd but great to see - especially in a sector where dealerships typically have bad wraps. More
