This is an update of my review in April. After experiencing what 20 or so peopel have written about is the vehicle they purchased fell apart. 1. They are inspecting their own vehicles before registration. This is like given yourself your own report card! I have sent in complaints to everyone. The DMV is currently looking at this issue because the car can't be driven. They have been doing this for a long time. If the Attorney General has 100 complaints about the same thing they can file a Civil Action Suit! If you have problems with your vehicle that you purchased her, contact the Attorney General's office and submit your complaint! This website will not allow me to contact you, but I will be submitting all your complaints to the AG as proof that they need to be put our of business or fined for their unethical business practices. I'm willing to go to court to prove this. Also, on their website, it say's they do a rigorous inspection of all cars! Fraudulent advertising! More

Consistently exceptional service. I don’t always make appointments but I can always expect great customer service, a clean waiting area, and some fairly nice snacks. Mrs. Stephanie and the Collison Dept. did a Great Job!!! She insisted that the insurance company repair my 10 week old 2021 Murano to New Car status and look.
