Dealership and especially the salesperson Ken were excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a ve excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a vehicle to pull a small travel trailer with and purchased a 4Runner Limited because of my prior dealings with Toyota . Compared to other brands Toyota seems to take customer care and satisfaction to the next level and was very impressed with Metro Toyota in particular as they bent over backwards to accommodate my pricing and needs, no stress dealings.
