I have been a loyal customer of Raceway Chevrolet of Bethlehem since purchasing my new Suburban in 2022. I trusted them with every single maintenance interval, believing the dealership would provide the Bethlehem since purchasing my new Suburban in 2022. I trusted them with every single maintenance interval, believing the dealership would provide the highest quality care. I was wrong. I recently took my vehicle to a local shop for a quick oil change and was shocked when the technician showed me my oil plug. It was completely smashed and rounded off—the direct result of the service department at Raceway using improper tools or over-tightening it during my previous visits. The local shop had to spend extra time and labor just to extract the damaged plug and replace it. It is clear that Raceway’s service team is rushing their work and neglecting basic mechanical standards. If they are willing to be this careless with a simple oil plug, I hate to think what else they are overlooking. I will not be returning. More

Everybody was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very easy to work with and communicate what my needs were. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very easy to work with and communicate what my needs were. More

I even told him he did not seem happy when I excitedly decided yes. His response to me “well now I have to go tell a very nice customer that the car they wanted was sold” Did I even have to be told that and am I not a very nice customer too? I really made me feel like I disappointed him with my decision. The “the very nice” customers went on to purchase the same suv, different color. So Terry had 2 sales. I feel this was unnecessary and if not for Heathers efforts, I would of left. I had been there 3 times and test drove the suv and I love the car. Terry needs lesson on customer service if the dealership wants to survive. Thank you in advance for listening. More
