Communication was good, sales staff was very personable and great to work with. The financing team was fast and great process. My only gripe with this dealership is how they clean a car being sold. These guys went above and beyond for me. I was out of state and they drove to pick me up from airport after making a great deal on used vehicle. The process was smooth and this is the only I was out of state and they drove to pick me up from airport after making a great deal on used vehicle. The process was smooth and this is the only dealership I have ever seen with 0 hidden fees when buying a vehicle. 10/10 on that. My only issues were with being out of state the ability to see clear walk around videos was lacking and the detail cleaner shop was sub par but just being honest. I felt welcomed and appreciated throughout the process and there were 0 surprises. Terry my sales guy was beyond helpful at all hours of the day. Great work Honda of Jonesboro More
