My infotainment system went down went to dealership in Eugene and they diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. Drove to Baker City and they diagnosed the same problem bad radio unit . I had an old radi Eugene and they diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. Drove to Baker City and they diagnosed the same problem bad radio unit . I had an old radio that I found in a junk yard in Arizona and they installed it and resolved the issue. I appreciate the help and hard work of the service department to take the time to repair the system and have me leave satisfied rather than irritated that GMC has no plan to fix an obvious component problem inside the infotainment systems radio component.
