Most of the staff are rude and unapologetic When I got my Elantra in 2018 the salesman Terry McClean was great.... but come to find out their other parts of the dealership need work.... I was as When I got my Elantra in 2018 the salesman Terry McClean was great.... but come to find out their other parts of the dealership need work.... I was assured that since I didn't have a copy of my registration from my plate I was transferring wasn't a big deal with doing the transfer the finance officer took a copy of the plate and said there wouldn't be any issues.... well 2 months later when I got 2 different tax bills in the mail I found out they issued me a new plate instead and didn't tell me so I was driving around for 2 months with the wrong plate on my car.... they claimed they tried to contact me but I never received a call and said they called my sisters number and was told they had the wrong number when in fact my sister never received a call and wouldn't have told them that if they would have properly conveyed who they were and why they were calling.... they DID NOT offer an apology or anything for what happened and were very rude all except the salesman who sold me the car he was the most apologetic and it wasn't even his error.... I even called and left a message for the owner of the dealership and never received a call from him.... now onto their service department they overbook their appointments and every time I go for an oil change and tire rotation I end up sitting there for several hours and the service staff out in the check in area are very rude and full of nothing but excuses every time More
