It was raining and was already late that first day, he had moved the car so we did'nt get wet looking at it. He was very informative and friendly. On the day that we bought the car, he was very helpful and he thought me how to use all this new buttons and gadgets on my new HRV. ( i'm replacing a Honda CRV that lasted me 19 years ). another thing that i really appreciate is when he was selling all those extras , he did'nt really push us into buying. So thank you for making our car buying easy and enjoyable. More

Terry was very helpful, but not too aggressive - much appreciated! We knew we wanted an HRV and not a lot of extras. We chatted a lot via email, easiest way for me to ask questions. Most of our visits were during snowstorms so it was a bit of a pain for Terry to get us cars to test drive - but it was no bother for him at all. On our sale date, he touched base with us about some bad traffic due to snowstorm and was ready to stay late or come in on his off day to assist. So nice! He got the car we wanted inside and alll cleared off so we could take a look at it up close and dry. Both my kids were able to sit at the tall tables in the show room area and get their homework done connecting to their WiFi because it was a school night. Terry was great through it all. Explained everything, offered help and was fine with us wanting to come back another day if we had questions due to the late hour and school night. We got it all done and rolled out with a new HRV and felt great about it. No crazy pressure, no sales tactics, just upfront and honest. He has touched base a few times already to see how we are doing. I will definitely recommend Terry at Continental! More
