I found Stephen was rude and dismissive. Stephen rudely said he was no negotiating and we could get the $500 off if we fixed the backup camera ourselves and paid for the $1000 add ons we did not want or need (glass etching and tracking). Even if a deal is not reached, you do not treat customers this way. I will never go there again. More
