I called for many months to get my a/c fixed. After months of calling and leaving several messages, I was able to speak with someone about my intermittent a/c. They told me there was nothing that could be done. I'd have to wait until the weather warmed back up. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was rude and told me that they basically lied to me when I purchased my extended warranty. She proceeded to explain how things were going to work; I was going to get my car back the following day and I could call when my a/c wasn't working again. A couple of days later, I received a text that they were replacing my a/c converter. That's all I was told and all I know. I won't be purchasing another vehicle or extended warranty there again. I am very disappointed after purchasing two new vehicles from this branch. I was hoping that might secure a little loyalty or at least decent treatment. More

Went in to get an oil change. Dealer incorrectly installed oil filter, had a leak, and after their work to fix that, my ABS light turned on saying my ABS was out.
