This response will only be worse than my initial comments. In the week that has passed, I found that the car was in need of an oil change, the fob access keys need new batteries, the tires were low and there was a big dent that was not disclosed to me initially. When I mentioned the dent they told me it was easily fixed. Not true! The hood is aluminum, therefore not fixed by most shops and the dent will cost 1,300.00 to repair.
In addition, they have been no help I. Trying to cancel the limited warranty on my trade in purchased from them. The used car buying experience with Bellingham Nissan is less than average.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Bellingham
Nissan. Chanel was personable as well as knowledgeable about our Jeep. Thad worked efficiently to process our paper work. He was also helpful.

Everything was great, except the fact that there was no
lease finance person at the time. Purchase finance person Thad was there, he was great, but didn't have much knowledge about the lease program, so se

Did not explain any numbers in the process. Also, I wanted to get some protection and maintenance package, but since the lease finance person was absent, was not offered. Tried to speak to the lease finance person the day after, but the he/she seems like didn't care or didn't feel like interested in selling those packages, which I did not feel good about...
Also, asked about the extra mileage charge and they said it was 20cent / mile.
When I finally received contract couple days later, found out that it was 25 cent/mile.
In general, people are nice, especially Chanel and Cody are great to work with. I recommend them. However, the finance team is not so great and information they provide is not correct sometime.
