Dealer ship would not respond or help with hidden issues, finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. I ended up purchasing a used Chevy Trax, I have come to find out the dealership sold me a car with issues they " Bellingham Nissan" covered up. The car had an exhaust completely dislocated causing a code f find out the dealership sold me a car with issues they " Bellingham Nissan" covered up. The car had an exhaust completely dislocated causing a code for a bad catalytic converter the code was erased and not repaired disclosed. Bellingham Nissan gave me an inspection report with several issue as simple as an air cleaner and they would not repair or replace, to me this is bad business and this business I will never recommend. At the very least sell a used car that people don't have to immediately spend more money on like I did, all they do is turn and burn. I called and asked for help with these matters only to be turned away, just another shady dealership stay away. More

Chanel was great. The finance ruined the deal by adding in charges that I said no too. Also giving a verbal quote on extended warranty and charged a different amount o The finance ruined the deal by adding in charges that I said no too. Also giving a verbal quote on extended warranty and charged a different amount on paperwork. We had to go back to resign the incorrect paperwork. Management said the paperwork was correct, it wasn’t and no apology was given. Also, I bought an AWD car. The dealership only replace 1 tire. You can do that on an AWD car, it can ruin the drive train. Also the car had an awful smell to it, which they tried to hide instead of taking care of the problem with an ozone machine. More
