It has always been a pleasure to work with Sales Representative Thad Marck for both the E350 we purchased last year, plus, the ML350 we purchased this year. HIs knowledge concerning the technicalities of both cars is remarkable with the variances in the applications of 'how to do' various tasks within the car. Couple that with pre-learned processes from other makes of vehicles such that Mr. Marck makes the transition quite easy with his tutorial manner of explaining the intricacies of a well thought out Mercedes operation. Sometimes the Bluetooth operation within the vehicle and the garage door opener can be quite frustrating. Mr. Marck provided a printout of an easier procedure that should make the pairing much easier. This was just one example of how he makes the purchaser of a new car feel at home. All in all, Mr. Marck makes the car purchase experience one of "tolerable enjoyment". Maybe considered an oxymoron, just let me say that both my wife and I felt very comfortable with the information, personality, and knowledge that Mr. Marck displayed during our new car purchasing experience. I'll return to him when the next new car bug bites, again - for a third time! More

My wife and I purchased our first MB in '99....an E430 class.
