A few days prior to visiting Marshal Mize Ford I had purchased a vehicle of another make and was very dissatisfied with my purchase. Upon arrival at Marshal Mize I talked with Mr. Narrmamore who introd purchased a vehicle of another make and was very dissatisfied with my purchase. Upon arrival at Marshal Mize I talked with Mr. Narrmamore who introduced me with Johnny Del Valle. Johnny showed me around the dealership and to the type vehicles I described to him that I was interested in. Johnny was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and able to answer all my questions on the spot. He and Mr. Narrmamore worked together and gave me, what I felt, the best they could. Johnny was helpful after we finalized the deal in assisting me by explain how the electronic devices worked, operation of the vehicle, warranty and service issues, etc. Since the purchase he has contacted me a couple of time to make sure I was pleased with everything and to offer his assistance. Johnny has made me feel he has my interest at heart. It's been a pleasure doing business with him and were I to be returning to Marshal Mize for a future purchase I would want to deal with him. More
