Juan the internet sales manager, contacted me almost immediately after I sent in the inquiry about a vehicle. He took a minute to verify what I was looking for and I was able to send him all of my documentation before I ever got to the dealership. Within a couple hours, a salesman called me and told me I was approved and gave me the final numbers on how much my payments would be. When I got to the dealership, it was very quick and easy. Thad (who was my salesman) was wonderful. After I test drove I expressed my concerns about a couple things and he made sure that I was taken care of. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had and I will definetly recommend Hayes Motor Company to my friends and family in the future. More
