1st-Time-Buying from a Dealer It takes a special person to be a truely good car salesman. Thad didn't try and ask me to break the bank or push me into a truck I didn't want like C It takes a special person to be a truely good car salesman. Thad didn't try and ask me to break the bank or push me into a truck I didn't want like Carlos and many other salesmen around town (an Expedition? Seriously?!). It's fortunate I met him and he could happen to match us to exactly what I needed. However, I was disappointed that the new batteries were simply refurbished. Hence the quality rating. That being said, Thad thinks of the customer first and made sure it had a new gear box installed, a block heater, oil change, fuel filter, and that there were no leaks. I would go through Thad again, even if he does talk too fast. :- ) Keep up the good work! More
