Everyone we worked with was nice BUT Thai from Toyota went above and beyond!! He makes you feel very welcome, like you are family and he genuinely cares about what you say and pays very close attention to what you want! Almost a year later after purchasing my new Rav4 I still absolutely love Thai. He is always available to answer any questions and makes me feel like a true valued customer! Due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to get my car detailed within the allotted time. BUT 10 months later he still honored my detail! So phenomenal! Thai is a ROCK STAR!!
