My salesman Thamar Michel was so unprofessional during the sales process. He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance w the sales process. He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance with a local insurance office. Mr. Frederique was very professional and very patient. I was going to cancel the the sales and Mr. Frederique convince me to not cancel the deal and told me that he will speak to Mr. Michel request permission to assisting me secure insurance. Mr. Michel does not have patient and let me seating down never check on me. I am very happy with my new car and I want to Thank Mr. Frederique so much for his assistance. I highly recommended Mr Frederique to anyone looking to get a car. I referred two people to Mr. Frederique and they are happy with the way Frederique conduct himself and assisting them.
