Donna, from The Allstate department helped me make sure i wasn’t paying over the top for my insurance. Bernard and the service department made sure my car was not only ready to drive but made sure it was clean and safe. Jordyn did a wonderful job getting my car payment as low as possible with the help of ally bank! I appreciate all of the help I was given especially from Kim and Thely, they spent hours of time helping me get approved and kept a positive attitude the whole time, even hours after they already closed the store. 10/10 best employees and business on the east coast. I awakened on Saturday morning and jotted down some salesfolks who had contacted me previously. Telly was on the top of my list and I called her first. She was very friendly and extremely professional. I explained that I'd been searching for a Rogue Sport and had seen one online. She wasted no time in finding where it was and letting me know the Out The Door Price (emailed that to me really fast)! This was below the first deal I''d made in Charleston and so I drove to Vaden Nissan in Bluffton/Hilton Head that day. Telly and the staff were great / helpful / and courteous.
